After three wildly different careers –award winning journalist, public relations executive, CEO of national organizations– I discovered a desire and talent to build positive relationships with colleagues and customers, so I chose to devote all my time and passion to supporting individuals and their teams. My personal goal: To coach ordinary people to extraordinary levels of performance in business and in life. As a certified professional coach, trained by the Coaches Training Institute, and a member of the International Coaching Federation, I bring a spectrum of experience and training to our relationship.
I have been coaching and facilitating transformational growth since 1995, through the ManKind Project, at The Career Transition Center of Chicago, as a “chair” for business leaders in Vistage (formerly The Executive Committee), and as an independent Coach and Entrepreneur. I have personally helped over 200 clients to achieve extraordinary operational and personal results.
Coaching sessions with me are flexible to fit into your life, and can be done either by phone or Skype. I prefer a commitment of at least three months, yet do not require any contract.
